Pick Up Stix is seeking experienced, well-capitalized individuals (or groups) who have the following characteristics:

  • Multi-unit restaurant ownership and operating experience
  • $500,000/unit net worth and liquid assets of $500,000 or $100,000/unit
  • Ability to develop 6 - 10 units within 3 - 5 years
  • Prior restaurant real estate development experience
  • Operating principal must reside within the territory being developed
