The best part about having your fundraising event at Pick Up Stix (aside from the great food) is how easy it is to organize. Just follow these five simple steps:
- Enter all your information, choose your date, and Pick Up Stix location using the Pick Up Stix Online Fundraiser Request Form.
- Print and pass out copies of the personalized flyer that we’ll email to you.
- Pick up your complimentary fundraiser posters from your Pick Up Stix location. Write in all the details of your fundraiser. Put the posters up to remind your supporters of your upcoming fundraiser.
- Have your supporters bring in their flyers to your chosen Pick Up Stix location on the day of your fundraiser – and we’ll send your group a check for 20% of the entire net proceeds from their orders.*
- Bask in your good fortune at not having to hold another bake sale or car wash to raise your funds.
To top it all off, your fundraiser is an all-day event, not just a few hours, to maximize your contributions.
Please give us at least three weeks notice for your booking. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your personalized fundraiser flyer. Your fundraiser is not officially booked until you’ve received your confirmation email from Pick Up Stix.

Only available at participating locations. 20% of net proceeds are mailed to your organization in the form of a check 30-60 days after the event. All organizations will be required to submit a W-9 form to Pick Up Stix with 501-c3 non-profit tax ID. All fundraiser requests must be submitted through the fundraiser request form or stixcommunity@crww.com. Flyers must be distributed in advance and may not be distributed anywhere in the Pick Up Stix shopping center. Posters may not be displayed anywhere in the Pick Up Stix shopping center. Fundraisers are only available for not-for-profit organizations.
