Our History

Pick Up Stix was created over 25 years ago with the idea of creating a restaurant that satisfied the American taste for flavorful Chinese food that was fast and wok’d to order. That idea has been expanded over the years to include locally sourced vegetables when available, an Asia Fit menu with options under 400 calories per serving, gluten-free options, and even Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon.
